The antenna rotatior consists of the following:

winch
mountainbike rim
electronic 3*2,5mm2 Cu gum covered cable as v-belt
bus back-camera

Above the livingspace/loft, on the floor of the attic (storage area, right under the roof) there is a mast, that rotates on a support-bearing (taken as point-zero =0m)
and at the top ridge-pole (2.3m) danamid (PA) sliding bearing
The mast - without any fixing wire - is 5m high D=55mm zinc plated steel pipe.
The rubber-cable must be replaced every 2 years because of wear.
The planed brake will be pneumatic relesed and permanent spring stressed.
The pneumatic aircompression will be provided by an aqvarium ventillation pump.
The rotating winch functions as a brake in mild winds, but in strong winds the antenna rotates, to take up minimal surface (against the wind), which is ok with me...

Right under the rotator is our sleeping room but the noise is not bothering.
In windstorm the mast is fixable.
The structure has been functions well for 2 years now.
